Just the beginning :)So basically I’ve always been super active, but my eating habits were not on point. In the blue I’m 160 pounds I was running everyday but struggling because I would go home to drink gin and eat poutine. In December I decided to change this. I started food logging. If I bite it, I write it. It forced me to take responsibility for what I was eating and over time my diet became really clean. Five months later I’m 140 and still working towards my goals. My running has improved so much, I can now run my 12km route in under and hour and can lift more than I ever thought possible. My body loves me for all the veggies and fruit it gets daily and my life has regained focus. I even got a job at my gym so I am completely immersed in this positive head space. Much love xo
